Academic Advising

Some academic advising is conducted through non-face-to-face methods such as phone, email, and Zoom. When seeking college-based support, please ensure that you are viewing the correct college for your major.

If you would like help identifying which office to visit, you can begin by visiting the Student Success Help Desk.

Look for recent communications from SDSU Student-Athlete Academic Support Services, and keep in touch with your current athletics academic advisor.

Information is being shared with students through Blackboard and regular updates will be provided through social media (Facebook and Instagram).

Please see this College of Education site for information on withdrawing from a course or changing your grading basis to Credit/No-Credit.

Information is being shared with students through the college’s CANVAS Homeroom and will also be posted on the CSSE website and the College of Engineering website. CSSE Advisors have links for appointments in their email signature lines. To schedule an appointment with us, please visit SDSU Navigate-EAB and log in with your SDSU I.D. and password.

Once logged in, you can click on the blue "Get Assistance" link to schedule an appointment with our center advisors.

EOP will continue to communicate with students regarding important information, dates, and deadlines through its website and newsletter. Please email [email protected] if you need to update your email address to ensure you are receiving timely updates from EOP.

Appointments are not necessary during the first week of classes and students can drop by the office (SSE-2109) or contact the EOP Front Desk ( for accommodations.

After the first week of classes, students can schedule appointments with their EOP Counselors using the following methods.

EOP is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 - 4:30 pm. Students will be notified of any extended office hours once available.
